Maui Fresh Streatery gourmet food truck strives to bring freshly prepared meals made from locally sourced, harvested, and caught products. Our goal is to not only serve lunch, but to become a fixture in the community through active involvement in the school garden programs, sporting events, and corporate venues. We aim to support our local economy by keeping our $$ here on Maui and hope to influence our diners by showing them the benefits of eating healthy and local.

Awesome dinner tonight at Aurum at the Shops of Wailea with the Club Maui crew! Always great to visit with our boy Dean on his visits back to Maui. Mahalo to Chef Taylor Ponte for throwing down an incredible dinner. I had the juicy thick cut pork chop on charred cabbage puree. When on Maui be sure to make this a dinner stop!

Just a reminder there will be no Friday Night Food Truck this week. We had a crazy last week with three events in 7 days and around 1500 plates served to hungry customers! When you get that taste of the first harvest of Mahi Pono’s super sweet seedless watermelon! I’ve been waiting for months for these to be back in the market and gave up eating mainland imported watermelon because they been so flavorless. Gonna be eating a lot more of these in the coming months. If you get a chance to pick one up at the market you won’t be disappointed!

Flashback Friday…When we started Maui Fresh Streatery 13 years ago, one of the very first connections we made was with Kumu Farms in Waikapu. Manu and Grant were some of our earliest partners in sourcing locally grown produce highlighted on our menus. 13 years later and just as many AgFests, Kumu Farms continues to be our primary source for Maui’s best locally grown agriculture. Thank you guys for all the years of supporting us, here’s to many more!

2026 Maui AgFest happening tomorrow at the War Memorial Stadium from 9-2pm. Tons of good food, craft and informational booths, local agriculture, live animal auction, and activities for the kids! We are bringing a bit smaller menu than usual because of how busy we’ve been but it’s still packed with local produce and meats from island purveyors. Hope to see you all tomorrow!

Kumu Farms Eggplant Caponata Quesadilla! Utilizing beautiful Kumu Farms eggplant to create a sweet, sour and savory Italian caponata relish (eggplant, onions, celery, San Marzano tomato, capers, Kalamata olive, fresh basil, and pine nuts). Toasted in a flour tortilla with mozzarella and served with sides of cucumber dill tzatziki and Kumu Farms organic greens with creamy Lilikoi vinaigrette. This dish has become a once a year staple of our Maui AgFest menu. Get yours this Saturday from 9-2pm at the 2026 Maui AgFest happening at the War Memorial stadium complex in Wailuku.
