Last night was one of those moments I’ll never forget. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d one day share a stage with two incredible Maui chefs—people I’ve looked up to and learned from along the way. And somehow, life made that happen. What made it even more meaningful is that yesterday May 5,2026 marked the official 11-year anniversary of our Poi Mochi journey. So what better way to step into this milestone than by doing something I never thought I’d have the opportunity to do.
These past 11 years have been filled with strength, sacrifice, trials, tribulations, highs, lows, peaks,valleys and great loss. Through every challenge, one thing has remained constant—the support of our community. That support is what keeps Dee's Poi Mochi alive.
First and foremost Mahalo Akua for the many blessings & strength! To those who paved the way, those who continue to inspire, and to every customer who became family—mahalo. Your belief in us, mixed with a hole lot of faith, dedication, little stubbornness and a lot of heart, is what keeps us moving forward.
