Well, summer 2026, you were a lot. In the best possible way.
We welcomed guests from down the street, across Alaska, and from just about every corner of the map. You filled our rooms, breakfast tables, rooftop hot tubs, and inboxes with questions about food, hikes, bears, and whether the sun ever sets.
A huge thank-you to our hardworking summer team for keeping things moving through full houses, early mornings, late check-ins, surprise requests, and the general chaos that is summer in Juneau. They deserve a round of applause—and probably a nap.
And to everyone who stayed with us: thank you for choosing Silverbow. We’re pretty darn happy you made the trip.
Now the leaves are changing, the days are getting shorter, and the pace is slowing down.
Fall in Juneau means fewer crowds, changing leaves, rainy-day hot tub soaks, and a little more breathing room downtown.
