Hello Everyone,
This week KASOCA’s weekly special is a street favorite from the country of Peru! Pepper Steak Sandwich or Lomo Saltado Sandwich!
Sautéed pepper steak stuffed into a mini baguette roll, stir fried onions, tomatoes and served with our house-made spicy aioli, and seasoned fries.

Hello Everyone,

This week KASOCA’s weekly special is our delicious Shrimp Po’Boy Basket! 🍤🥖
Crispy golden shrimp piled high on a soft hoagie roll, topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and served with our house-made spicy aioli, seasoned fries, and a crisp pickle spear on the side.

“Greek Chicken Kebab w/pita chips & Hummus”. This Greek chicken kebab meal features marinated chicken skewers (souvlaki) grilled with white onions, mushrooms and bell peppers, served alongside creamy hummus, crispy pita chips, and tzatziki sauce.

Good day to all of our patrons, I would like to let everyone know that during this we are celebrating KASOCA's second anniversary. During this week, tomorrow we will be having treats, free coffee and as well cookies to share with our growing community that has helped supported us. We will be hosting a raffle too as anyone can enter and participate, drawings will be done throughout the week and Friday the winners can pick up their prizes.

All participants please make sure to put your name and a number to contact you when placing your slip into the bucket for the raffle. Thank you again to everyone that has supported us and continues to support us.

Greetings,

KaSOCA’s special for this week is “Birria Tacos “– or Quesabirria – are the legendary crispy tacos stuffed with cheesy shredded beef, served with a rich consommé for dunking. Served with a side of onions and cilantro. Big flavour delivered with every single bite. These tacos are truly unique and so craveable. KASOCA Restaurant is incredibly honored and grateful to have been selected as the Baconfest winner! Thank you so much to everyone involved in organizing such a fun and memorable event, and to those who supported and cheered me for us. It truly means a lot to our staff. When KASOCA Restaurant was founded, we desired to bring a combination of flavors and cuisnes to our community here in Juneau. BACONFEST allowed us to showcase KASOCA's commitment to that goal. The winning recipe “Papa Rellena” will be added to the menu in late May 2026. We are excited to be part of such an awesome community—and of course, to celebrate all things bacon!

Hello Everyone,

This week KASOCA’s weekly special is
“Japanese Tonkatsu” (Katsukarē) is a popular, comforting dish pairing a crispy, panko-breaded pork cutlet. We have two options without curry or with curry. 🇯🇵 Japanese curry is a thick, savory curry served over rice. The dish features tenderized pork seasoned with salt and pepper, dipped in flour, egg, and panko, then fried at 175°C until golden. It is typically served by pouring curry on the rice. However, we can serve it without curry as well. Japanese curry is optional!
