Meet Tracy. Our fearless leader, founder, and the woman who started all of this from a crab pot and a "why not?"

Back in 2006, people thought she was crazy for selling crab legs from a cart on the Juneau waterfront. No building. No guarantees. Just a whole lot of crab and the kind of stubborn belief that the best king crab in the world shouldn't be hard to find.

Twenty years later, that cart became a shack. The shack became a Juneau staple. And the dream became something nobody saw coming.

Same grit. Same crab. Same Tracy.
