Golden King: Lightly more delicate, with a mild, yet rich flavor and tender texture that makes it a guest favorite.

Snow: Delicate, flaky, and you don’t have to work too hard to get to the good stuff.

Tracy moved to Juneau in 1996 and went crabbing for the first time with friends. She was hooked. The pots, the scenery, the company, the taste... she loved all of it. Soon, every friend who visited got taken out on the boat. It was always the highlight of their trip.

Then one rough day on the water, she said (half joking): "I'm just going to buy a hotdog cart and sell you guys legs. One leg at a time."

Everyone laughed. But the idea never left her.

Now, Tracy's King Crab Shack is going into its 20th year. Same crab. Same come-as-you-are energy. Same belief that great food is for everyone.

Main Shack is your classic dockside Tracy's experience. Right near the cruise ships, fast, energetic, and perfect for first-timers or anyone who wants that iconic king crab moment without missing their ship.
🕛 Wed-Mon: 10 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Tues: 9:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Shack 2 is the home of the original Crab Shack… laid-back local hangout. A little further from the docks, includes a full lineup canned cocktails, more room to spread out, games for the kids, a bonfire pit, and that "sit and stay awhile" energy.

That's exactly why we updated our menu back to the original experience: order by the leg. Whether you're working with a little or a lot, you can still get your hands on the real deal.
