We’re rolling out another brand-new pizza creation and this one is a beauty!

🌶️ Slice of the Day ->🌶️ The Fireline

A little New Mexico, a little old-school pizzeria, and a whole lot of “one more slice.”

Freshly made house dough, garlic-kissed red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted 505 Hatch green chiles, red onion, roasted garlic, and a dusting of pecorino Romano. Finished on our garlic Parmesan crust, with an optional hot honey drizzle if you’re feeling adventurous.

Savory, smoky, a little spicy, and built for a mild gray day deep in the heart of the valley. The oven’s hot, the boys are in the kitchen, and you already know what to do. 🍕🔥

🍕 Good morning to all my Pizza people!! 🍕

We’re back in the house over here at Juneau Pizza in the heart of the Mendenhall Mall! The ovens are hot, the boys are in the kitchen, and we’ve got a classic lined up for the slice board today.

🔥 Slice of the Day: The Blitz 🔥
Fresh housemade dough, housemade red sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage,beef & crispy bacon, all riding on that garlic butter crust. Simple, classic, and downright tasty.

And of course we’ve got all the other heavy hitters ready to go:

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us why we love this community. ❤️🍕

Huge shoutout to the crew Bobcat of Juneau and everyone at the Mendenhall Mall for putting together such an awesome Bobcat Blitz event. Rain or shine, Southeast Alaska always seems to show up, and seeing all the kids climbing around the equipment with giant smiles on their faces was pretty special.

We were proud to be there holding it down with the Juneau Pizza pop-up, serving slices, meeting folks, and watching the next generation of operators and heavy equipment experts get behind the wheel. 🚜😎 (Pretty sure we’ve got a future Bobcat operator in these photos!)

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a slice, said hello, and supported local businesses. Events like these are what make Juneau feel like home.

🌤️ Good morning, y’all!! Salty Dave checking in from the heart of the Mendenhall Mall! There’s a whole lot going on around here today. We’ve got the Second Saturday Market packed with local crafters and makers showing off their goods, and the Bobcat Blitz is happening out in the parking lot with plenty of big equipment and fun for the kids.

We’ll be holding it down both inside the shop and outside with a little Juneau Pizza pop-up, so swing by, grab a slice, let the kids climb around on some equipment, and show a little love to all the local vendors and businesses making the day happen! 🍕🚜

🔥 Slice of the Day: The Green Line Hot Honey 🔥
Fresh house-made dough, house-made red sauce, dollops of pesto, pepperoni, a dusting of pecorino Romano, and a sweet heat drizzle of hot honey… all finished with a garlic Parmesan buttered crust that takes it right over the top.

The oven is hot, the boys are in the kitchen, and it’s shaping up to be a beautiful Saturday in the Valley. Y’all already know what to do—call it in, walk it in, or have it dashed!

🌊🎣 Juneau Pizza Gone Fishing… 🎣🌊

The oven might cool down a little early today, but that’s only because some of the crew traded pizza peels for fishing poles. Around here, you’ve gotta take advantage of these Southeast Alaska days while you’ve got ’em.

Making memories, soaking up the salt air, and reminding ourselves what this beautiful place is all about. Winter will be back before we know it… but today belongs to the water.

We’ll be back at it in the morning... Until then… Juneau Pizza has officially gone fishing. 🛥️🐟🍕

Today’s slice of the day is a brand-new creation straight from Captain Dave’s galley by the bay: The Green Buoy. ⚓🌶️

Freshly made house dough, a light garlic ranch base, shredded mozzarella, roasted Hatch green chiles, zesty Italian chicken, crispy bacon, red onion,fresh garlic, and just a touch of feta and pecorino Romano to bring it all together. We even gave it the option of a light hot honey finish if you’re feeling adventurous.

This one isn’t about blowing your doors off with heat—it’s all about that rich, roasted green chile flavor taking center stage. Savory, smoky, creamy… and absolutely built for a mild Southeast Alaska summer day.

The boys are in the kitchen, the oven is hot, and The Green Buoy is riding the slice board alongside all the classics. You already know what to do… call it in, walk it in, or have it dashed.... we will be closing today by about 2 PM. Gearing up for Bobcat blitz on Saturday and second Saturday at the mall.

🌞 We know it’s a seasonal thing. The last couple weeks have been a little slower around the mall, and with this gorgeous weather hanging around, tomorrow is probably gonna be one of those days too.

So… after lunch service, there’s a very good chance we shut it down a little early and take the crew out on the boat to go fishing. 😂🎣 Honestly, when I say “probably,” I really mean most likely.

You only get so many bluebird Southeast Alaska days, and you’ve gotta take advantage of ‘em while they’re here. Winter is coming… football season is coming… and we already know our pizza people will be back when the rain starts falling sideways again. 🍂🍕🏈

So keep an eye on our page tomorrow for updates, and if you’re thinking pizza, swing by and catch us for lunch! The oven will be hot, the boys will be in the kitchen, and if you see us disappear early… just know we’re out making the most of an Alaskan summer. ❤️🎣
