What is up, y’all? Dave checking in!
We’re working on the new menu and dialing in our new dough styles. I’ve traveled all over the West coast and Southwest—from Seattle to California, Arizona,New Mexico And Nevada--and believe me, I ate a LOT of pizza along the way.
Here’s the reality: nobody is selling big slices for five bucks.
There is absolutely no reason for us to live in Juneau, Alaska, pay to ship every ingredient here, carry employees and overhead—and still sell our pizza cheaper than everybody down south.
With the new menu, our slices will come from a 14-inch pizza cut into four BIG pieces. Every slice will be $7. No more $5 slices. No $6.50 slices. Every slice, every day: seven bucks.
And if a $7 slice isn’t for you, you can always buy a personal-size pizza instead.
This isn’t the same little operation it was years ago. We have employees, freight, rent and real overhead. We have to price our food honestly so we can continue making great pizza, paying our crew and keeping the doors open.
We love feeding Juneau—but we’re also running a business. We’re here to make great pizza, and yes… we’re here to make money.
New menu. New dough. Bigger slices. Better pizza.
$7 a slice. Let’s eat. 🍕
