So, we have had many people reach out to us regarding catering… We are busy at work in our partnership with Hocking Hills moonshine to get the commercial kitchen fully licensed to start catering again.
In the meantime, we are also looking forward to offering our barbecue as Hocking Hills BBQ company. You may have seen our barbecue sauce at local stores. It says Hocking Hills BBQ company on it but if you look closely at the label, we are still KD BBQ company. The name change was to make it easier to find us on the Internet.
 We spent tonight working on barbecue flatbread. Through trial and error, we came up with three distinct flavor combinations that we hope you will love. We offer a smoked Boston butt flatbread with our sweet and tangy homemade barbecue sauce underneath a pile of Amish Colby Jack and Provolone cheese. 
Flatbread number two is pulled smoked chicken, our honeymoon, shine, barbecue sauce, creamy Amish butter cheese, and candied jalapeno slices.
Flatbread number three is fresh smoked certified Angus brisket, our sweet heat, barbecue sauce, pepper jack cheese, candied, jalapeños, and sweet pickled onions.
 I snapped a few shots of the flatbread, barbecue fresh out of the oven. We will look forward to tweaking these recipes and offering them to the public this spring. These will be available in other custom combinations, as well as the old school, real pit style barbecue that you have come to expect from us.
