Sorry folks… no Chef John video today! 😂 The poor man is completely exhausted after waiting tables on Tuesday AND preparing for our private event yesterday.

But he IS right where you’d expect to find him today, back in the kitchen, making our Thursday Special!

Well… Chef John survived Tuesday. 😂❤️

What started as “all of our servers have obligations today, so I guess John is waiting tables” turned into one of the busiest Tuesdays we have EVER had at The Parsonage.

And y’all… HE HAD A BLAST.

Not only did he do a great job, he did an EXCELLENT job. I am so incredibly proud of him.

For once, Chef John got to step out of the kitchen and spend the day with the people he cooks for every single day. He told stories, laughed, visited from table to table, had some wonderful conversations…and, naturally, did a little flirting with the over 70 ladies. 😂. They LOVED HIM!

He loved getting to actually KNOW some of you instead of just seeing tickets coming through the kitchen.

What a GREAT day at The Parsonage. Busy, crazy, exhausting and so much fun.

To every single person who joined us today, thank you. I hope you enjoyed your lunch, I hope you enjoyed your time with Chef John, and I hope you left with a smile.

I know he did. ❤️

Although he may never leave the kitchen again. 😂

ALL of our servers had obligations today, so we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle…
