LEADERSHIP UPDATE!
With 9 Black Diamond locations currently operating — and additional locations to be announced later this year — our growth continues at a rapid pace. None of this happens without dedicated leadership, and few have demonstrated more commitment than GM Nicole Pesa, who successfully helped open two Black Diamond Prime Steakhouses in Circleville and Johnstown within a single year.
With the Johnstown operation now stabilized, Nicole has been elevated to a Regional Manager position overseeing broader operations across the brand. However, her primary focus will return to Circleville, where our 220-seat Prime location continues to present significant opportunities for growth, particularly within our private dining and catering divisions.
Accordingly, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Richards to General Manager of Black Diamond Prime Johnstown. Steven will be tasked with continuing to elevate the level of service, hospitality, and staff training expected of the Prime brand. Assisting Steven will be Airica as the Assistant GM and Chef Chris will run the back of the house with Sous Chef Ayla Grizzle.
The reality is we strive every single day to improve the guest experience across all of our locations, and these leadership changes will allow for greater individual focus at each Prime Steakhouse.
