Dear 3 Flame BBQ Family,
From day one, my goal has always been simple: provide you with incredible, Award Winning Texas style BBQ at a fair and reasonable price. I take a lot of pride in the food we serve, and I believe that great BBQ shouldn’t have to break the bank.
Over the past year, the cost of brisket has increased dramatically. Despite these rising costs, I have remained committed to keeping our menu prices the same, absorbing those increases rather than passing them along to you, our customers.
Unfortunately, we have reached a point where that is no longer sustainable. I was faced with a difficult decision: increase our brisket prices or remove brisket from our menu altogether.
For those who know me, you know brisket isn’t just one of our best selling items, it’s also my personal favorite! Taking it off the menu was the last thing I wanted to do.
With that being said, effective immediately, we will be implementing a price increase on all brisket menu items.
I understand that times are tough for many families, and this decision was not made lightly. I have worked hard to make this increase as reasonable as possible while still allowing us to continue serving the quality BBQ you have come to know and love.
I also want to make you this promise: If the cost of brisket comes back down to a reasonable level, our prices will come back down with it. I have no desire to charge more simply because I can. My goal has always been, and will always be, to provide great food at a fair price.
As a small business owner, I believe in being upfront and honest with the people who support us. You are more than just customers, you are the reason we get to do what we love.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding, your loyalty, and the continued support you have shown 3 Flame BBQ. Every purchase, every recommendation, and every kind word means more to us than you know.
