Yes the sun is out today but in the restaurant business, it is time to think ahead to Christmas. Do you know Christmas is only 73 days away?? So we have some news….

1. We are looking to hire another line cook to help with our full Christmas party schedule. Starting somewhere between $13 and $16 an hour depending on experience.

2. How about a serving position for some extra cash leading up to the holidays? We are looking for someone 3-4 days a week!!!

3. Finally…. Our new menu comes out this Friday… new dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. From a new Bay Scallop Bowl, to an Apple Cranberry Salad or how about the return of our Apple C***r Chicken Bowl just to name a few. Plus an entirely new cocktail list!

Oh and we are opening back up for lunch on Saturdays downtown!!! Starting this Saturday at noon!!!

Both locations will feature Chef Dallas’s braised short ribs… Definitely get those while you can!

And downtown will also feature a Buffalo chicken sandwich on a crisp baguette with Buffalo cream cheese!!!

This week we are excited to announce our specials but also to recognize some amazing people! Ron and Diane Kabo spend their time volunteering at the Sandyvale Memorial Gardens and Conservancy. We have a tremendous relationship with them here at Balance and are excited to highlight some of their end of the year pics with you through our specials!

At the airport location we will have a Sandyvale Greenhouse Salmon dish! This will feature their tomatoes and basil in a warm ragout over rice and finished with two pieces of pan seared salmon

At both locations we will be utilizing oregano and basil from the greenhouse. These ingredients will be highlighted atop a seared bistro filet and garlic olive oil mashed potatoes

Our specials continue with..
Downtown… house made chicken pot pie in a mashed potato crust served with a side salad

And at the airport a Maple Pork Breakfast Sandwich!
