🔥 Nashville, meet Tokyo. 🇯🇵

We took everything we love about Nashville hot chicken and gave it a twist.

Crispy fried chicken in a light potato-starch breading, glazed with our house-made smoky-sweet Japanese hot sauce. Served over fragrant lemongrass vermicelli rice noodles.

Pickled cucumber and red onion bring the tang. Toasted sesame and fresh scallions add the finish.

Hot, smoky, sweet, bright, crunchy—and seriously good.

And the whole dish is completely gluten-free.
