A little history 🇻🇪:
Mandocas come from Zulia, Venezuela, especially the Maracaibo region. This traditional ring-shaped fritter has been enjoyed for generations and is known for combining the natural sweetness of ripe plantains with cornmeal and cheese—a true taste of Venezuelan tradition.
