These homemade brown butter waffle cones are naturally gluten free and made fresh for the Strawberry Festival tomorrow, Saturday from 10–5 across from Unicoi Elementary School. The warm late-spring sunshine calls for a few scoops in a crispy cone. 😍

Dense, velvety swirls of Key Lime Pie ice cream coming straight out of the machine earlier today 🍋‍🟩✨

We started with a sweet cream custard and blended in a house-made tangy lime curd for that perfect tart-meets-smooth balance. After churning, we added toasted graham cracker crumbs and crunchy vanilla meringue for that classic pie finish.
