Finally feels like we’re getting our footing in Gray! 🌭❤️

While in Gray, Tennessee this past weekend, everyone kept telling us that we had to visit the Hot Dog Hut. Seriously, everyone told us that we HAD to visit the Hut. We'd mention the fact that we were going to swing by there and, I swear, folks would shed a single tear as they told us how much that they loved the place.

The fine folks of the Tri-Cities area were not incorrect. The Hot Dog Hut has a friendly team that serves up some great dogs of the chili and slaw variety. A negative Google review of the Hut slams them for "tasteless toppings" and mentions that an employee behind the counter was "obviously baked" but the toppings were very enjoyable to us and, really, don't you want the guy behind the counter slinging chili dogs to be "obviously baked"? We used to be a proper country...

All of that being said, the ladies behind the counter of the Hot Dog Hut on Saturday afternoon were not baked but they served us up some fine dogs at a great price featuring friendly attitudes and a few laughs. The Hot Dog Hut? Well, it's the House of the Lord and this is how I get my spiritual kicks. Long live the Hot Dog Hut!

Thank you to the Gray Volunteer Fire Department for having Hot Dog Hut out Monday for your fireworks fundraiser! We had a great time serving the community and appreciate your support. We’re excited to be back again this Saturday—come hungry and help support a great cause! 🌭🎆🚒

So proud of our Hot Dog Hut Gray team! 🌭

This weekend they successfully handled their first We**ie Wagon event without the owners coordinating it, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. We talk a lot about what it means to be a “Hot Dog Hero,” and these two demonstrated exactly that through their leadership, initiative, and teamwork.

Moments like this remind us that great businesses are built by THE TEAM WORK! We couldn’t be more proud of our Gray crew and all they’ve accomplished. ❤️🌭
