Seeing the smiles on the birthday girl, mom, and dad made my afternoon!! Smash cake was strawberry with vanilla buttercream plus they had 3 flavors of cupcakes. Strawberry with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with vanilla buttercream, and chocolate with peanut butter buttercream.

Thank you for the customers that trusted me to make celiac safe gluten free treats for a graduation open house and a 1st birthday party!

This week I will complete 2 orders that were for "when I feel okay" before several days at Mayo Clinic.

Who is excited for the pop-up tomorrow?? I will be scheduling more with tentative dates all with certain types of items available each time for example muffins/cookies/bars. As I bake for these I will also work on extra for the freezer.

Pop-up announcement for this Saturday 04/25/26 from 9 AM to 3 PM. I will have a variety of party mixes and Muddy buddies available for purchase. I will be set up inside of Campbell Squared in downtown Independence, IA. Look forward to seeing everyone!!!
