Suly Merida stands in front of her business Cafe Quetzal located at 309 Pacific Ave. Suly opened the eatery/cafe earlier this year, following in her parents footsteps who opened Guatemalteco Restaurant and Bakery in 2013. Merida converted the underutilized dining room next door into a cafe that highlights their unique culture of traditional Guatemalan street food and baked goods. Come hungry, leave happy!
