Hey Chef, Happy Birthday!!

What better way to celebrate than finally making it to Erin French , one of her bucket-list restaurants? Watching a chef who analyzes everything take that first bite, get quiet, savor every flavor…and then actually shed a tear(s)? That’s when you know the food is personal and intentional.

For someone who spends her days making people happy through food, it was pretty special watching a meal turn the tables—in the best possible way. Great food, a few happy tears, and memories made.

Here’s to another year of incredible food, unforgettable adventures, and checking restaurants off that bucket list one delicious bite at a time.

And there’s more. This weekend, we’re celebrating the flavors of the season with two dishes that couldn’t be more different—but belong together.

Our Peach Tomato Burrata brings together peak-season peaches and tomatoes with creamy burrata, finished with fresh herbs and vibrant accents that let every ingredient shine.

Four years ago, we took our shot with a simple dream: to create a place where great food brings people together. On Sunday, July 19, we’re celebrating that journey with our biggest anniversary event yet—featuring special chef collaborations with PANADERYA SALVAJE. LLC & Tiam Tiam , local vendors, and friends who’ve helped shape our story & menu.

Expect exclusive dishes, one-day-only creations, great refreshments, fresh pastries, local makers, and plenty of reasons to stay awhile. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or are discovering us for the first time, we’d love to celebrate this milestone with you.
