One full ounce of Amber Kaluga caviar with blinis and crème fraîche. Ten Blue Point oysters on the half shell. Six jumbo shrimp. Six Jonah crab claws. Three ounces of colossal crab. A flash-seared U-10 scallop. Sesame-crusted tuna. Fresh-cut salmon poke. Cocktail sauce, traditional and cucumber mignonette.

The Alyce Seafood Tower. A full ounce of Amber Kaluga caviar with blinis and crème fraîche. 10 Maine oysters. 6 jumbo shrimp. 6 Jonah crab claws. 3 ounces of colossal crab. A flash-seared U-10 scallop. Sesame-crusted tuna. Fresh-cut salmon poke.

Introducing The Alyce Skillet. Our new weekday special, $9.

Served in a cast iron skillet, built to order. Pick your base, your protein, your egg, your bread. All in at $9. Add gravy, shakshuka, brisket, bulgogi, lamb or lobster if you want to go bigger. Or let us do it for you and pick a prebuild: Santa Fe $16, Bayou $17, Shawarma $17.

And since it's a weekday, we're pouring $5 mimosas, $7 house bloodys, and $20 bottles of Gambino prosecco til 4pm.

One Monday night. One veteran bartender. Two cocktails worth learning.
We're handing the bar over to Carlos Ruiz — Bar Rescue alum, Allied Beverage pro — for a hands-on cocktail class at The Wanderer. He's spending the evening teaching, pouring, and breaking down the technique behind two drinks built around three of our favorite spirits: Milagro Tequila, MilaFlores, and Hendrick's Gin.
The Chicharita. The Wanderer Spritz. The kind of bartending knowledge you usually only get from a stool at a great bar.
Your seat includes both cocktails, small bites from Café Alyce & One World Pizza, recipe cards to take home, and a surprise gift from our friends at Allied Beverage.
