It’s Friday. We’ll handle dinner.

The fall features are rolling, the Prime Rib is smoking, the seafood is fresh, and there’s nearly 200 whiskeys sitting behind the bar waiting for somebody to make a questionable Friday-night decision.

Right now we’ve got Peach Bourbon Pork Belly Burnt Ends with sweet corn purée and charred Brussels, plus our Tequila-Lime Blackened Cod with roasted corn and pepper succotash, avocado and jalapeño-lime tequila butter.

And, of course, there’s Prime Rib tonight and Saturday, steaks, lake perch, oysters, lobster rolls and everything else you probably shouldn’t be reading about while hungry.

Bring some friends. Have a drink. Eat something ridiculous.

Fall features are in full swing at The Deck. 🍂

The weather may not know exactly what season it wants to be, but the kitchen definitely does.

Peach Bourbon Pork Belly Burnt Ends are sticky, smoky and ridiculous over sweet corn purée with charred Brussels sprouts.

And the Tequila-Lime Blackened Cod is still hanging onto a little bit of summer with roasted sweet corn and pepper succotash, avocado and jalapeño-lime tequila butter.

Plus all the steaks, seafood, burgers, bourbon and usual trouble you came here for.

BUNS OUT WEDNESDAY.

The Southwest Burger has entered the dramatic video era. And honestly, it earned it.

Two smash patties made with Pleasant View Beef beef from Jonesville, smoked bacon, sharp cheddar, crispy onion rings, and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce stacked on a toasted bun.

Smoky. Cheesy. Crunchy. Saucy. This is not a quiet burger.

It is the kind of burger that shows up, knocks over a chair, orders a bourbon, and somehow becomes the center of attention.

So yes, we gave it the full cinematic treatment.
