I became stranded on Hutchinson Island somewhere in the late 1900's after a three hour tour. Needing funds to live and support my travel addiction..I turned to a skill I had learned in High School ...Breakfast Cook. with a little dinner catering after hours...we have met quite an eclectic group of folks we call our customers and friends and three hurricanes later, we're still going strong.
