We want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out to J. Town tonight! ❤️

We also want to sincerely apologize to anyone who experienced a longer-than-usual wait for their food. We know your time is valuable, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’re still learning, growing, and figuring out the best way to make our kitchen run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We are already working on different ways to organize the kitchen, adjust our process, and make changes that will help us get your food out faster without sacrificing the quality we want to serve.

Every busy night teaches us something, and we’re listening, learning, and making changes as we go.

Thank you for continuing to support J. Town, for giving us grace while we grow, and for choosing to spend your time with us. We appreciate our community more than you know! ❤️
