Sometimes people ask, “Why do you do this every day?”
And honestly… because I love it. 🤍
I love getting to come in, turn on the lights, start the ovens, make the dough, bake the goodies, cook the food, and watch everything come together. I love the little moments throughout the day — seeing someone get excited about their favorite cinnamon roll, making someone’s morning with a good breakfast, or watching somebody walk out with a pizza they’ve been craving. 🥐🍕☕️
There’s something really special about getting to create something with your own hands and then have someone else enjoy it. It doesn’t feel like “just a job” when you genuinely enjoy what you’re doing. 🥹🤍
And yes… there are definitely days when I’m covered in flour, running around like a chicken with its head cut off, wondering how I somehow got frosting on EVERYTHING. 😂
But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t trade it.
Thank you to everyone who stops in, supports us, grabs a baked good, gets breakfast, comes in for lunch, or even just tells us you love something we made. You’re a huge part of why we love doing what we do. 🤍
So yep… I’ll be back tomorrow doing it all over again. 😂🥐🍕
