We had a fun time today in Mrs Martin’s Culinary Arts 2 class. Showing them how we work with dough, why we use the ingredients we use, some things you need to know about working in the hospitality industry & they all got to stretch and top their own pies!! We only had 2 holes which I’m gonna call a success 😆!! We look forward to doing this at Jefferson Co High School once a semester!!
