So we made a big decision… we pulled out our old wedding tent this weekend and some folding tables from the garage…we found it all in great shape! Looks like we will be joined the festivities during Salute To America in downtown JCMO on July 4th!

We are super pumped to be able to bring festival style food with alpha-gal, gluten and dairy-free options to be able to enjoy the day and not be left out because of allergens! We got you covered!! Come check us out on July 4th for gluten-free, dairy-free AND alpha-gal friendly corn dogs & grilled chicken wings. We will have our popular sauces to be able to coat your chicken wings and a new sauce — “The Dog Sauce.”  we will also have some of our popular snacks that we sell in our bakery available as well!

The salmon cakes are exactly thing needed for a hot day that feels like you are in the South of Florida. Mixed with cilantro, sweet potatoes, shredded cabbage, spices and fresh roasted salmon!

For those with a sweet tooth, we brought my grandmother's marble cake I spent many years making in the kitchen with her on birthday occasions. A cake that brought so much happiness to our lives as a family deserved a shot on the menu!

We get a few questions a week about why we close on Thursdays now. To be honest, its a break we need with the staff we can afford. It helps us catch up on the prep work and helps keep food high quality and MOST IMPORTANTLY safe. That is why we also took the time to come in early to beat the heat and power washed our grates in the kitchen hood, detailed cleaned the entire kitchen, power washed both grills (mammal and AGF grill), deep cleaned the ovens. After a year of being at this location, I can proudly say: you can eat off the floor behind the equipment, its ALWAYS that clean! We make sure there is no cross contamination not just of mammals but all things we use. This is why its important for our closure, to better take care of and serve JCMO. Thank you for understanding the importance to us about food saftey. We hope to see you all tomorrow for the menu change!

Fresh seafood day!

Fresh blackened tuna pasta with a creamier and thicker Alfredo sauce that keeps the dish gluten & dairy-free.

Honey-garlic salmon is also fresh seared and oven-roasted today with a small upgrade to the meal: we turned the salmon glaze we are using for the dish and made it more of a sauce for more flavor as you cook it!
