We've been sitting on all these beautiful brisket trimmings and thought — why not smash 'em into the best burger you've ever had? 3-oz smash patties, salt and pepper, American cheese (because it's GOOD, don't @ us), lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. Simple. Perfect. Absolutely does not suck.

The Brisket Frito Smash. Yes, it's exactly as legendary as it sounds. Chopped brisket, real Fritos, shredded cheddar jack, jalapeños, onion, our KC Sweet sauce, a little rub, and a sour cream finisher. This thing does NOT suck. Come try it before it's gone.
