We got something here for everybody, for every eater. Local. Fresh. Delicious. And yeah… it doesn't suck. 🍖

This is what fresh-smoked, made-right-every-morning looks like — and it doesn't last long. Come get yours before it's gone!

We've been sitting on all these beautiful brisket trimmings and thought — why not smash 'em into the best burger you've ever had? 3-oz smash patties, salt and pepper, American cheese (because it's GOOD, don't @ us), lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. Simple. Perfect. Absolutely does not suck.

The sweet smoke doesn't happen by accident. 🔥 Every morning we're feeding the fire, loading the wood, and keeping the smoke rolling so you get brisket, ribs, and pulled pork at their absolute best.

Smash burgers so good, we'll just say it: BEST IN TOWN. 🍔 Two patties, American cheese, fresh toppings… and don't even get us started on that jalapeno cheddar grits sitting next to it. Come hungry, leave happy.

Brisket tips straight from the pit. 🔥 We cook ours at 235º, no wrap, probe to 198-200º, tallow bath, rest to 140º — then into the warmer. Every. Single. Day.

Struggling at home? Just buy it from us.

This is where the guys end up. 🍖🍺 Good BBQ, good drinks, good company, so come hang out with your crew at Sweet Smoke!

The Brisket Frito Smash. Yes, it's exactly as legendary as it sounds. Chopped brisket, real Fritos, shredded cheddar jack, jalapeños, onion, our KC Sweet sauce, a little rub, and a sour cream finisher. This thing does NOT suck. Come try it before it's gone.

The I ❤️ Texas Tacos are HERE — loaded up with creamy sauce, corn, and served with a side of that golden queso. This one's turning heads and emptying plates fast. Come taste it yourself!

The ICONIC turkey breast is back and it's putting in WORK. Juicy slices. Cut fresh right in front of you. This one sells itself — but it also sells out, so don't play around. Come hungry, leave happy.
