We are happy to be part of a great fundraiser taking place this morning. The Jay-Livermore-Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Golf Tournament raises funds for five area graduates to each receive $1,000 scholarships.

🥯 Sunday brunch from 10-2 which includes our Big Poppa Breakfast Bagel, Bloody Mary Flight and Spiked Ice Coffee Flight, as well as our regular brunch menu.

🍔 After 2:00 p.m. our takeout resumes and you can enjoy our “This weekend only” specials including Dad’s Kickin’ Dip (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), This Ain’t a Dad Joke Burger, and Dad’s the Bomb Dot Com Pizza! Find all these great specials in house or in our Local by Toast app for takeout!

👨🏻 The name, “My Dad’s Place” was chosen because when I was growing up, it WAS my Dad’s place. This is me, on the left, with my Dad and my sister Tracy. It was about this time that he was opening his general store in North Jay, which he named Jeff’s Variety.

I watched him grow and change his business, and pivot with the times. He had to get creative and added pizzas and sandwiches, and I have fond memories of the ARCADE and the VHS rentals. This is undoubtedly where I got my entrepreneurial spirit…from selling friendship bracelets and beaded pins at Jeff’s Variety. I also undoubtedly got my inappropriate sense of humor and ~some may say~ corny jokes from. 🤷🏼‍♀️ -Lynn
