How many times are we told a book is so good and NEVER read it? For me it must be hundreds of times. The following is MY interpretation of what I have read in a few books and I am finding that is working on me exponentially. Hope it helps you too!

3 step Protocol
REMOVE ~ remember for everything you remove you must find a substitute or you will feel deprived and will go back to old habits.
• Sugar ~ can make you own treats of nuts and coconut oils. Use liquid organic stevia, however, remember that anything that tastes sweet will keep us hooked.
• Alcohol ~ probiotic drinks: like kumbcha, ginger ale, root beer.
• Gluten: remove all wheat, rye, and barley. Make your own out of seeds and nuts. I suggest whole flax due to the amount of fiber
• Dairy ~ create natural sauces with a blend of cucumber, tomatoes ext.
Using substitutes helps tremendously, however, these are the strongest addictions possible.
You will go through withdraw when you remove items you attached to. It will be a morning process and you may even become depressed. Give yourself room to change.
ADD ~ blend all ingredient and consume as soon as you can when you wake. Preferably with an empty stomach.
One raw Aloe leaf per day ~ take a peeler and peel off one side, than scoop the inside out with a spoon
One Bitter melon per day (oriental is best this regulates sugar) supposed to heal diabetes
One teaspoon of ginger per day ~ talk to doctor this may thin your blood
One teaspoon of turmeric per day
One lemon per day (raw leave as much pitch as you can on the outside)
***At least 10 minutes of down time. Doing and thinking nothing this is difficult ~ (some call this meditation) Think of what you feel inside of your body. Where is your pain? In your mind, concentrate on that pain and smooth it away.
DEXOT ~ Work on as soon as you are able, at least 5 times per week.
• Hottest bath tolerable (preferable not city water) with two cups of Epson salt, 1 cup aluminum free baking soda, one mother Scobie.
• Infar red sauna ~ be sure to use oils and rubs while in the sauna to re-mineralize. I suggest making your own~ coconut oil with liquid minerals and essential oils. Can use a bees wax as an emulsifier.
