Italian Sandwich|Pickled Beets|Hummus Bowl ~ Bushel & Peck's Local Market

I enjoyed a beautiful time eating this lunch special of the Italian sub that comes with your choice of side, I chose the pickled beets 😋 In addition I couldn't turn down the chance to try their hummus bowl, which I am happy about because it was my favorite part of the lunch!

The outdoor seating is minimal but awesome! It is out of the sun with a little overhang and you get to watch the hustle and bustle of downtown Beloit!

The Steak Bruschetta Salad/White Peach Balsamic Water ~ So Chopped

My first post is in honor of the warmer weather coming our way! So Chopped is located on the end of Main St. in Janesville as part of the Bodacious Shops of Block 42. Thiss SAVORY AND SWEET salad is composed of spring mix, bruschetta, gorgonzola cheese, steak, croutons, and aged balsamic vinaigrette. For the water, just add some white peach balsamic vinigar from the connected shop, Bodacious Olive! If they don't have it out to add to your water, ask for a sample and your mind will be blown! I don't know about you, but this picture leaves me thinking that "now I need it!"
