VERY excited to be a part of this event this year! Back to the street where it all began. We started our first restaurant on Hickory Street, McGoff's Irish Pub. And soon the city began the event Ribfest right behind our restaurant before moving it to Vetter Stone Amphitheater. Can't wait to serve our neighbors our ribs! Lots of planning between now and then!

A New Smoker? What the heck was wrong with the old one? Absolutely f@&$ing nothing. But we forked out nearly $10K for this beast because the MN Department of Health said the cast iron one we used, and they allowed, for the last 2 years was not compliant with our strict MN food safety standards. So, of course we are switching out the old tried and true one for this beauty.
