Meet the Roaster!
I am Zach, the new owner and roaster here at Wind + Sail.

First off, I want to give a shoutout to Kendall Jones. Kendall built an incredible foundation here, and I am beyond honored and excited to take the torch and lead this business into its next chapter.

For me, coffee has always been a genuine passion. Wind + Sail is a micro-roastery in every sense of the word—roasting in small batches of just 5 to 8 pounds per cycle. That small-scale focus lets us give every single bean the attention it deserves, experimenting with custom roast profiles to bring out the absolute best flavor in every batch.

Starting this new adventure is a dream come true, and my goal is simple: to roast delicious and premium coffee that brightens your morning routine.

Thank you for being part of this journey—can’t wait for you to try what’s coming off the roaster next!
