Our family's mission is to offer the best quality hots and brats to our local area. We are shaking up traditional dogs by packing lunch with a punch of freshness and the best flavors we can find. After years of working with computers I wanted to follow my passion of creating amazing food. I enjoy cooking fresh new recipes with bold flavors for my family and they thought it was time for me to share

this with the local community. My grandfather was a black smith until an injury sent him into an early retirement. He and my grandmother opened John's Deli on West 3rd Street in Dayton, OH. Like my grandfather my career change sparked a new adventure and mine began when we hit the road with our twist on the classics. This is a family effort to bring good food to the cities around us. We saw an opportunity to add variety in small towns and that's exactly what we are here to do. Also, as a big family we know what its like to eat on a budget. We like to keep our prices affordable for those families we love.
