Well everyone I will be at rib fest in Ypsilanti on Aug 5 come down and say Hi. I'll be cooking ribs, pulled pork, peach cobbler, 3 berry cobbler, and a apple cobbler. Last year I didn't make it for personal reasons but I'm hoping for the first place this year. So hope to see you there

I would like to say thanks to all the ppl that helped and come see us in Ypsilanti this weekend did have a good placing but had some temp problems with the smoker learned a lot had a great time and looking forward to next year

Well had a good year for deer hunting so had to smoke some pepper sticks and boy they are looking great and also happy holidays to all and hope next year will be just as fun as this year
