Come check us out at 108 Main Street in beautiful downtown Jamestown Colorado! We offer a delicious array of meals made from fresh natural ingredients including local Colorado produce. From our huge gourmet breakfast menu, through our pub fare lunch and always changing dinner specials, the food at the Merc is always worth making the beautiful canyon drive. The Merc features local draft beer and a

selection of quality wines, including Jimtown sized double Mimosas! You can find Julian's Cliffhouse Kombucha, sun tea, and our home made lemonade, as well as Allegro coffee. It is also Jamestown's community meeting place, a mountain hang out, a stop for cyclists and tourists, and a great place to see live music. Join us for Live Music Thursday and Saturday nights from 8pm-10pm with a special meal starting at 6:30pm. Fridays come check out acoustic afternoons with music and tapas served from 5pm-8pm. Summertime!
It’s a gorgeous week too. And not so bad in the shade.

Wednesday- Best Open Mic and Best Smash Burger AROUND. Sing it baby!

THURSDAY- JO FULLER BAND- this band is SO good! We were all blown away last time they came. We’ll make Fried Chicken with Vietnamese Sides, plus peanut noodles with lemongrass pork, Asian Caprese, Carrot Cake. Will be a really groovy night. Come hang out.

FRIDAY- in the park- ZIMBIRA! Nothing beats an Afro-Fusion dance party on a summer night. And it’s Juneteenth. It’s a special event. We’re the luckiest. Plus poems written for you by donation. We’ll have wood fired pizzas as always, don’t forget that there’s lots of choices of plates to dine on while you wait. Aperol Spritzes, Aerial Cocktails and we’ll make more avocado margaritas this week too.

SATURDAY- breakfast and coffee market. Grab some juice and burritos and pastries.

SUNDAY- Father’s Day Brunch~ It’s the place to be Daddios!
Take a load off. And to listen to the sad sweet songs of the poetic troubadour, DANNY SHAFER. Sit by the creek awhile and watch the water flow.

It’s been so fun seeing the picnickers return like a colorful pack of migrating birds! Summer is in full swing. Don’t forget that Wednesday is still the place to sing a song and eat the best damn smash burger in America. And Sunday Brunchthis week is full of specials and sunshine and ladies singing.

This week! THURSDAY- CALEB ATKINS!
I’ll make some Spanish and Caribbean favorites. Fried Bananas, Patatas Bravas, Empanadas, Chicken Paillard. Will be a really groovy night. Come hang out.

FRIDAY- in the park- CHICKEN COOP WILLAYE is a Jamestown fave. Come see why. We’ll have wood fired pizzas as always, don’t forget that there’s lots of choices of plates to dine on while you wait. We’ll make more avocado margaritas this week too.

SATURDAY- a quiet little market. Grab some coffee and juice and pastries.

SUNDAY- Brunch Specials like Pork Belly Hash Benedicts, Crab Cake Benedicts, Bananas Foster French Toast, Sparkling Mimosas. We want you to be happy! The lovely and lovely tunes of FIVE FOOT BETTY . Sit by the creek awhile and watch the water flow.

We’re pretty fired up for a sweet week.

Wednesday- OPEN MIC complete with friendly fans and burgers.

Thursday- ELLE MICHELLE’S GRATEFUL HOLLER- three piece bluegrass dead tunes. It pairs perfectly with a fish fry and southern side dishes. Where else would you rather be?

Friday- SATELLITE FRIEND is an Indie Rock band coming to serenade your Friday night. We’ll have all sorts of plates to choose from and share.

Saturday- a little market with burritos, pastries, fresh juice and coffees.

Sunday- JOHN SHEPHERD is bringing his friends! Will be a special morning of great music.

Come see us one day, two days, three days, four days or five days. We’ll cook for you friends!

It’s my birthday! Just kidding, it’s not my birthday at all but it should be because every day is my favorite day this week! Seriously, not only is it basically summer weather all week, but it’s also Kid Cafe this week AND one of the prettiest eves of the year… Patrick Dethlefs playing the Merc.

Wednesday- Always a hoot. Grab a gourmet smash burger and feel the love at the world’s most supportive OpenMic.

Thursday- The lovely lovely melodies and perfect lyrics of PATRICK DETHLEFS. We’ll make all kinds of Italian dishes because we want to be happy. (Chicken piccata, bruschetta, lasagnas…)

Friday- NEW FAMILY DOG is an awesome blues and rockin fun time and the only thing that could make it a even wilder is that is Merc’s annual KID CAFE! The children run the show. All the food, all the dishes, all the service. Terrifying and adorable and a spectacle you don’t find just anywhere.

Saturday- Little Merc Market is the coffee shop in the right spot. Come grab a burrito or a pastry and enjoy the mountains.

Sunday- DAVID TILMAN plays guitar that makes brunch even more beautiful.

The thing that is so lovely about foggy spring weeks is that we can have cozy plates of food enjoyed inside with the heat on, but made with the vibrant green bursting out of the earth. We have Starling Farms greens, Esoterra greens and the world’s best carrots, and we’ll have hot crispy park chops too. And great music. And big windows to watch the fog roll by.

Thursday-
MOUNTAIN DUO is bringing some pretty bad ass guitar playing, so come enjoy. There will be Pork Chops with Apple Gravy, Calamari with Pepperoncini, Burrata with Strawberries and Prosciutto, gorgeous farm salads and more.

Friday-
GOOD MUSIC MEDICINE is always a fun evening. These guys get down! Come to the party. We’ll have lots of plates to share, soup, even stromboli.

Wednesday-
Open Mic is so fun. Squeeze in and watch the brave perform. Chef Ryan’s Burgers are off the hook.

Saturday-
Little Market with burritos, fancy coffee, chill vibes.

Sunday-
This week’s brunch will have lots of specials and music by JOE TEICHMAN. There’s nothing better than some sweet country folk music to sip your Mercmosa to.

We’ll be here, come rain or shine, come celebrate spring with us.

Super happy fun time week? Oh yeah it is- BRYAN BIELANSKI is stopping by Thursday on his ongoing “Super Happy Fun Time Tour.” This guy tours non-stop and brings the good vibes for sure. Spring is an inspirational time to make dinner, so we’ll be adding to the happy times Thursday with some spring favorite dishes. Spanikopita, White Bean Ragout, Eggplant Rollotini with Italian Sausage, and badass farm salads with Esoterra greens and baby carrots. There’s not really a reason not to be happy.

Friday- Jamestown’s very own ALL WOMEN ROCK N ROLL BAND will be rockin the old Merc walls. Always sweet fun with JANESTOWN, so come early, grab a bite and stay for the party.

Wednesday- it seems we don’t even need to tell you? Word is out, Wednesday Open Mic is the place to be. Grab a burger, bust out some tunes and cheer your brave neighbors on.

Saturday- morning market with burritos, pastries, coffee drinks and mercmosas. The basics, in a nutshell.

Sunday- pretty stoked for music by HOT DAMN SCANDAL. Get your green chile and hollandaise ordered up and enjoy a great show- coined “dirty jazz cabaret Americana” this should be a fun one- just 12pm-1pm so don’t miss!
