Listen Up!
It’s not your usual Merc week-
so please read carefully!

WEDNESDAY- Open Mic will be dedicated to Dolly Parton, my spirit animal. If you know a Dolly tune, please come sing it. If you don’t know one but you love her, come sing anything you like. John is hosting and printing off some Dolly lyrics in case you want to give it a go. The world isn’t going to be the same without that magical angelic badass.

THURSDAY- The REED FOEHL concert is SOLD OUT. We will be serving dinner on the porch from 5-7 and after 7, a ticket will be necessary to come squeeze in for this special show. For those attending, or those wanting to picnic beforehand, we’ll be serving some Paella, Veggie Paella, Empanadas, Salad and Patatas Bravas.

FRIDAY- It does not get any dreamier. STURTZ is beautiful and wonderful and gorgeous and we are so excited to hear those lilting melodies fill the canyon for the SECOND TO LAST pizza night! We have some delicious pizza flavors and some delicious pizza sides. And Margs of course. It’s a magical eve with Sturtz, so come live it up with us.

SATURDAY- The little market. Burritos, Pastries, Fresh Squeezed Juice, Coffee Drinks

SUNDAY- MERCY CLUB! We are so lucky to get a rad band playing brunch. Mercy mercy, mercy, come grab your hollandaise, your champagne and your friends and come dance in the park. We’ll actually be giving out a shiny penny to every dancer in the grass. For those of you that need an incentive besides summer and sunday and breakfast and fun.

Roll on River!
FINALLY~
Peach Fest is here!
(Micki Balder peachfest superfan, this week is for you)
A favorite annual tradition, all weekend long we’ll be celebrating the late summer Colorado treat that continues to wow year after year. Especially this year, when the weather made things tricky on the western slope and the supply is limited, we are cherishing these beauties.

Wednesday- still the best lil open mic in America. Plus Smash Burgers. It’s like a dive bar and a high school talent show had a baby.

Thursday- Putting together a sweet summer dinner menu to go with JOHN INGRAHM BAND. John has played with Sierra Ferrell, Billy Strings, Vince Herman, and Tim O’Brian to name a few- so gonna have to plan on some sick tunes! Plus he’s being joined by ALYSSA MEDINA. We’ll have Flank Steak with Blue Cheese Butter, Salmon with Cucumber Peach Relish, Arugula Peach Salad, Heirloom Tomato and Peach Burrata….I feel like we can guarantee a sweet evening?

Friday- YeeeeHaw! RIVER ARKANSAS!
(Ever since the most epic night of all of Covid nights way back when, every time that River Arkansas comes to play the park, we get a little giddy.) They’re just the best, like your favorite cousins are coming over for your favorite holiday. And PEACH FEST will be in full effect. We’ll have wood fired Peach Pizzas, Peach Margaritas, Peach Tiramisu, Peach Bruschetta, and plenty more.

Saturday - little market with pastries and burritos.

Sunday- JOY ADAMS AND GUS TRISTCH - Let’s have some old time tunes with the most important meal of the week. BRUNCH. We’ll have Peach Bellinis obviously. Can’t wait to see all the happy Sunday people. It’s the day of the most guilt free lounging. And that’s very good for you.

Very Special Event Announcement!

We are extremely excited and extremely lucky to get to host the incredible singer songwriter REED FOEHL.
We have hoped for years to get to witness this artist up close and personal at The Merc!

Reed plays Thursday August 27th at 7pm $30
We will open for dinner outside 5-6:45 and then sit down for the show at 6:45
Tickets will sell out, so grab yours asap!
