Things got a little crazy for a Thursday night! 🌮🔥

We had such a great time tonight at Sturgeon City, helping celebrate a graduation for some amazing young Marines! 🇺🇸 Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment!

On the menu: Carne Asada + Honey Chipotle Chicken Tacos 🤤🌮 Fresh toppings, bold flavors, and plenty of good food to celebrate a big night!

🕕 6:00 PM
Clock out from our full-time jobs.

🛒 6:45 PM
Stop for fresh ingredients.

🍊7:15 PM
Fresh citrus, herbs, and seasonings. Chicken gets marinated overnight.
🥩 Carne asada gets the same attention—fresh ingredients, and homemade marinades.
🧅 Chopping, mixing, and prepping

🌙 11:30 PM
Food prepped. Ready to do it all again tomorrow @ 6 AM.

❤️ The part you don’t always see…

By the time many of our events begin, we’ve already put in a full day at our regular jobs and another evening preparing for tomorrows event. It’s not always easy, but building this business has been worth every late night.

Every tray, every recipe, and every detail is prepared with care because we know we’re part of someone’s special day.
