I was fortunate to bump into an old client of the restaurant that showed me this photo on his phone.
Got me warm and fuzzy as it was so unexpected.
Thank you again to all that supported us...and always with a smile. We had such sweet clientele that were humorous, and had great taste in their go-to place for Authentic Poutine.

The Mountain Man burger always gives me a naughty once over. Carolina Jax is OPEN and split the loaded fries with a friend or foe otherwise you’ll burst.

From honey butter deep fried chicken with whole grain mustard and pickles to more of that delicious chicken over waffles with warm apples and pancetta topped off with bean less chili spaghetti today was just a triumphant 4th of July weekend. Swimsuit shot not included 😬

Do I have “scoop” for you! The owner of The Stuffed Beaver (me) has taken a completely different direction and has offered up the location to a close friend Carolina Jax better known as Cackylacky’s but adjust to the new name cause it is worth it! They can boast rightfully Food Network Food Competition accolades for their OUTSTANDING Angus Smash Burgers. Other favorites include loaded fries, snap hot dogs and slow-cooked pulled pork.
This is not a sad time, it is a great time to devour this cook’s
A-mazing and award winning burgers that has put Jax on the map! No need to chase his truck down...just find a parking spot and get ready for oral satisfaction.
For the next few weeks they will do their decor and stock to be readied for 💯 capacity seating.
