Ever since finding this, it has become my go-to recipe when I want homemade pizza without all the extra work. 🍕

No-Knead Pizza Dough

You’ll need:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1½ cups warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella + your favorite toppings

Mix the flour, salt, yeast, and warm water until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 8–12 hours.

Drizzle with olive oil, gently shape the dough onto a floured or parchment-lined pan, then add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.

Bake at 475°F for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Simple, low effort, and always good.

After I found this recipe it’s been my go to during peach season 🍑 I also like to swap it with whatever fruit I have on hand like raspberries or pears 🥗

Here’s what you need to make it:

• 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
• 1 Lime
• 2 leaves packed tbsp Mint
• 2 Peaches, pitted and sliced (about 2 cups)
• 1/2 Shallot, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
• 2 tsp Honey to finish
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 2 tsp Olive oil

Healthy Snickers, but make it homemade 🍫🥜

Creamy, salty, sweet, and made with simple ingredients:

Coconut cream
Cashews
Maple syrup
Peanut butter
Vanilla
A pinch of fleur de sel
Dark chocolate

Blend the coconut cream, cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth. Freeze until firm, slice into bars, then coat in melted dark chocolate and finish with a little fleur de sel.

Basically a Snickers moment without the extra nonsense.

My favorite baking hacks:

🥣DIY Alternatives
-Powdered Sugar: Blend granulated sugar + small amount of cornstarch.
-Buttermilk: Add 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup milk; let sit.
-Self-Rising Flour: Whisk 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.

⏰Quick Prep Fixes
-Soften Butter Instantly: Cover with a pre-warmed bowl or cut into small cubes.
-Room-Temp Eggs Fast: Submerge cold eggs in a bowl of warm (not hot) water for 5 minutes.
-Activate Yeast Properly: Test it in warm, sugary water before starting your dough.

🍰Smoother Texture
-For Moister Cakes: Use milk instead of water, use butter instead of oil, and add an extra egg.
-Perfect Pan Release: Brush pan with a paste of shortening and flour.
-Avoid Packed Flour: Spoon flour *into* the measuring cup and level it off.

These days, we have to be more intentional about what we spend our money on,

from our groceries to the services we choose.

One thing I do appreciate is that it’s making more people pay attention to who they’re buying from,

what goes into the product, and whether quality is actually a priority.

I’ve found myself supporting more small businesses where the owner is truly involved,

cares about the customer experience, and stands behind what they offer.

A few things I personally check for before I spend my money:

• Who is behind the business
• Where the products or ingredients come from
• Whether they’re transparent about what they offer
• Reviews and real customer experiences
• Consistency in quality
• How they handle questions or concerns
• Whether their values actually match what they promote

For me, supporting small businesses isn’t just about buying small, it’s about supporting people who are intentional about doing things well.
