My recent Farm99 trip to Brunswick, Ga … It’s been a bit since I’ve visited. These pork chops were last nights dinner. Wainwright & Son processed … local southern Ga farms.
Sooooo good.

* Malden sea salt, pepper, fresh garlic, thyme, shallot and side of crispy sage. I sizzled in the Made In pan to sear, transferred to a 400f oven for about 10 minutes. Served with asparagus, homemade applesauce, local kraut and Farm99 mesclun green salad w/roasted pepitas, leeks, feta and simple xvoo/lemon dressing.
