Edible Northeast Florida recently took a closer look at Thanksgiving by 14 Prime.
And they went a lot further than we expected.

They shopped for every ingredient it would take to recreate our Heritage Thanksgiving Dinner from scratch, looked into where our ingredients come from, did the math, and shared what they found.

What started with “But what does it cost?” became a story about something much harder to put a price on: time.
We couldn’t have told it better ourselves.

Welcome to The Sommelier’s Corner, a new series where we sit down with our Sommelier, Marcello Cancelli, to talk w**e, share what we’re building at 14 Prime, and take you a little deeper into the world behind our w**e program.

There are plenty of reasons to grab a seat at the bar. This is a very good one.

The 14 Prime Burger is layered with truffle-Raclette cheese, caramelized onions, arugula and freshly grated truffle, with Parmesan hash browns on the side.

Nostalgia tastes a little different with rum in it.

Turns out, we never really outgrow popsicles. They’re just significantly better when they’re made in-house, infused with rum, and served alongside a really good cocktail.

Meet Neon Lights.
Strawberry-infused Planteray 3 Stars Rum, clarified lime and strawberry, paired with a Stiggins’ Pineapple Rum-infused popsicle.

Do you eat the popsicle first or let it melt into the cocktail? We’ll leave that decision to you.

And because a cocktail this good deserves something equally good next to it, we ordered the Smoked Wagyu Short Rib from our dinner menu with Blueberry BBQ, jicama slaw and pickled serrano chile.

Neon Lights is available exclusively at the bar on our No Reservations menu, Monday through Wednesday.

Walk in, grab a seat, and order the one with the popsicle.

Imagine being completely stress-free the week of Thanksgiving.

No last-minute grocery store runs. No sending your husband back for the ONE thing you forgot, only to have him FaceTime you from the canned vegetable aisle because everything is picked over.

Instead, Thanksgiving dinner is already taken care of.

Our Heritage Thanksgiving Dinner starts with a beautifully roasted Heritage turkey, served with sage gravy. Then there’s black truffle mashed potatoes, honeynut squash & sage stuffing, haricots verts casserole with wild mushrooms and crispy shallots, roasted sweet potatoes, warm Parker House rolls with cinnamon butter, and a house-made pie from Chef Rachel for dessert.
