C St. Bistro Short description needed If there’s one thing we can’t do without, it’s home cooking. Since our opening in 2010, we’ve tried, tested, and perfected our recipes.

We can’t get enough of the warm scent of pizza dough wafting from the oven or the elegance our dishes radiate after we place the finishing touches. Every little ingredient and seasoning is handpicked, the food all made from scratch and carefully presented. We want to make sure that your dining experience is special yet familiar, high quality yet efficient. In short, we want you to feel like you’re stepping into your home.

Well folks, it's been great 15 years at C St. We are leaving the Bistro and moving on to a new venture at the McCully House. We will close at the end of March and look forward to seeing you all at 'The Monterey,' a bespoke steak and seafood restaurant, where everyone is invited. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, as we've made some amazing memories together over the years. Cheers, and see you soon!
