Summertime is almost here and it’s the Season of Flavor at Carolina Jax! Recently named the Best Burger in Jacksonville we have our Kismet on special for 2 more weeks 🍔🚨 You’re not going to want to miss this one. We coined it the charcuterie burger because that’s the experience we deliver. Carolina Jax is KILLING the burger game!! 🤣🔥 For the last 10 years we’ve been setting the bar for burgers in this town with a focus on innovative, chef driven burgers. Using only the best 80/20 ground chuck available, formed to a proprietary weight, keeping in mind the perfect meat to bun ratio. Our buns are baked locally and delivered fresh daily. This one didn’t put us on the map, it changed the topography. Nobody is doing a charcuterie burger and if they are then just know you saw it here first 💯 Black garlic mayo, baby arugula, Boursin cheese, fig jam, crushed pistachio and a Mike’s hot honey drizzle. Named after Shad Khan’s mega yacht this burger exudes luxury in every bite. Add some bacon if you want the cherry on top or just enjoy it for the pure innovative deliciousness that it is.
