✈️ VACATION MODE: OFF. BBQ MODE: ON! 🔥🐷

Well, after 10 years of marriage, a trip across the Atlantic, countless adventures, and about 60 miles of walking and hiking, we’ve officially made it back home!

We had an incredible time exploring Portugal and making memories, but now it’s time to trade the passports for pit gloves and get back to what we do best… SMOKING MEAT! 🍖💨

We’ve enjoyed the break, but we’ve definitely missed seeing all our regulars!

A little transparency about our new menu prices 🔥

If you’ve been grocery shopping lately, you’ve probably noticed we aren’t the only ones getting beat up at the meat counter. 😂

Over the past several months, our cost for pork has increased about 47%, chicken about 40%, and brisket about 51%.

We’ve held off on making changes as long as we reasonably could, but with increases this large, a few small adjustments to our menu were necessary.

The good news: even with the huge increase in brisket cost, the prices of our Brisket Sandwich, Brisket Plate, and Brisket Combo Plate have NOT changed. And we’re not switching to a cheaper grade to make that happen. We’re still serving the same USDA Prime brisket.

Most of the items that did change increased only $1–$2. We’d much rather make a small price adjustment than start shrinking portions or buying cheaper ingredients.

So the ¾ lb of meat on your plate is still ¾ lb. The ⅓ lb on your sandwich is still ⅓ lb. And we’re still using the same quality meats and making everything the same way we always have.

We appreciate everyone who continues to support our little BBQ business. We know your money is hard-earned too, and we’ll continue doing everything we can to give you plenty of food and plenty of value for it.

Same BBQ. Same portions. Same quality. 🔥

Thank you for supporting Roth BBQ!
