That’s all I made today.

After paying for food, fuel, supplies, and everything else it takes just to open a food truck, I ended my day with $12.99 in sales.

Then, to top it off, on my way home tonight my trailer came detached from my truck, slammed onto the road, and crashed into the back of my truck.

You really can’t make this stuff up.

People see the food truck and think owning your own business must be great. What they don’t see are days like this—the long hours, the expenses, the stress, the breakdowns, and working an entire day for $12.99.

Tonight I got knocked down pretty hard.

But tomorrow, I’ll get back up.

That’s the life of a food truck owner. 🚚🍕❤️🇮🇹
