What is the different between Vietnamese Eggroll vs. Filipino Lumpia?

Vietnamese eggrolls are made with fresh fillings that usually not pre-cooked and made with ground pork, shredded carrot, cabbage, taro, onion, clear noodles, and seasoning. Whereas the Filipino lumpia, the fillings are usually pre-cooked.

Size, seasoning (flavor) are personal preference.

Today we were able to make it to 3 Fire Stations and 2 Police Stations in Clay and Duval county. We hope to be able to make it to all of the stations in the next few weeks. Since we are making all the food fresh and delivering it hot just in time for lunch…it’ll take a while for us to make a complete round to all the stations…. Hopefully we’ll get to see everyone soon…

Hôm nay chúng em được vinh dự cùng với team Chị Tina Pham của Golden Pen Realty và chị Tracy Pham của Cardinal Financial Morgate Lending, cùng chung tay góp sức chia sẻ yêu thương đến các cô chú anh chị cảnh sát và đội cứu hỏa của quận Clay và Duval.

Chúng em ghé tặng các anh bữa trưa yêu thương cơm chiên gà và chả giò. Để tỏ lòng biết ơn với những anh cảnh sát và lính cứu hỏa đã bảo vệ chúng ta và cộng đồng được an toàn hơn. Các anh là nhân viên chính phủ nên luôn làm việc hết mình cho cộng đồng nhưng ít khi được ghi nhận công lao. Hôm nay có dịp gặp nhau cũng mong các anh luôn bình an và luôn khỏe vì công việc của các anh rất nguy hiểm….

Trong những tuần tới thì chúng em vẫn sẽ tiếp tục chia sẻ yêu thương… hy vọng sẽ trao hết cho cả thành phố trước ngày cuối năm…
