Summer has arrived at Norikase.

Over the last few months, we’ve spent countless hours tasting, refining, and rethinking every detail… not to change who we are, but to become a better version of it.

Starting today, we’re welcoming SUMMER with new dishes, new cocktails, a new Omakase menu, an updated Kanpai Hour, and a refreshed Temaki Society experience every Tuesday.

Some things are new. The care behind them remains the same. Come see what we’ve been working on.

Some of the most important people in hospitality are the ones you rarely see.

Meet Celina Fonseca Ramos:
Born and raised in Brazil, Celina built a life around hard work, raising three children while working as a porter. Years later, she moved to Jacksonville with one goal in mind: creating new opportunities for her family and helping her daughter pursue her dream of studying in the United States.

Today, she is one of the strongest foundations of Norikase. Most guests may never meet her, but every guest definitely benefits from her work.

This is Celina. And we are proud to say she’s part of our family.
