We've long kept this working in the background, but today was the day we watched the beach cruiser drive away; someone else the proud owner of the trailer we have known and loved since we started up.
Looking back on all we've done, all we've seen, and all who we've met - we'd say we've had one killer time on the coast serving up the only truly real Baja flavor this side of North Carolina has to offer. Bringing this flavor profile from living out near the Baja was a great joy to us, and we know how much it is loved by those who also lived on the West Coast at any point in time.
Unfortunately, the last couple years have shown us that we need to readjust how and where we want to run our business - not all we've come across on our path have had our best interests in mind, and have made us truly understand what's most important to us going forward.
With bittersweet hearts, we say goodbye (for now) and wish you all the best as you head into the Holiday season with family and friends in mind.
Keep your eyes peeled for what we may have to come. This isn't the end for us - just a readjustment.
