Sorrento's special tonight and all weekend: "Ragu alla Veneziana". Chef begins by braising fresh duck for about 4 hours. Then onions, carrots, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, a touch of parmigiana reggiano, and a hint of chianti are added to complete the ragu sauce. Finally we toss in some house pappardelle pasta to tie everything together. Come enjoy!
