Play Factory was the first of its kind when it opened in 2020 — a space where parents could enjoy a coffee while their kids explored, imagined, made friends, and created memories. A place to connect… or simply breathe.
When we had the opportunity to carry that vision forward in 2023, we said yes with our whole hearts. (Swipe to see our very first post. I was pregnant with little Bodhi 🤍) We fell in love with creating a space for families to grow, and over the years, we’ve grown right alongside you. From one tiny toddler to a now 5-year-old reader, and another little one by our side. It’s been so special to witness your families growing alongside ours.
As parents, we all feel how quickly time moves. Lately, we’ve felt a strong pull to shift our focus back to our own family, because our babies are only little once. As a small business, this has been an incredibly difficult decision. So many of you mean more to us than you probably realize. But sometimes, the reality is—you can’t do it all. Sometimes, you have to choose.
We are so deeply grateful for this season, and for the past three years we’ve shared with you. We will never forget the memories made here—the laughter, the tears, the milestones. Watching your babies come in as crawlers and grow into confident little explorers is something we will always cherish.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for letting Play Factory be part of your routines, your memories, and your families.
We know this news is emotional — it has been for us, too. But instead of seeing this as an ending, we’re choosing to celebrate a beautiful era and look ahead with hope.
Play Factory is officially closing its doors, and our final day of play will be a celebration for everyone to enjoy on Friday, April 24th from 10AM-1PM.
