Hen & Egg itself was born from his mission to celebrate Southern foodways through contemporary culinary creativity while staying deeply rooted in family, heritage, and community.
From the farm fields of Edwards, Mississippi, to kitchens and stages across the country, Chef Nick has remained committed to one core belief: food should bring people together.
