Hen & Egg itself was born from his mission to celebrate Southern foodways through contemporary culinary creativity while staying deeply rooted in family, heritage, and community.
From the farm fields of Edwards, Mississippi, to kitchens and stages across the country, Chef Nick has remained committed to one core belief: food should bring people together. His journey, inspired by the lessons of his grandmother and the traditions passed down through generations, continues to shape every meal, every opportunity, and every life he touches.
